IT SERVICE CONTRACT
Saints Media provides IT service contract aimed at providing your company with an affordable alternative to having your own IT division. Saints Media will serve as your off-site, and when the need arises, onsite IT division.

Remote Access Support – in the event that any of the above support channels does not resolve the problem, systems will be accessed remotely.

Onsite Support – in the event that any of the above support channels does not resolve the problem, onsite support will be provided with maximum turnaround being on a next business day basis.

N.B.:

No labour or callout fees will be charged for repairs, however wherever items needs to be replaced, these costs will be quoted and charged separately.

All software installations/reinstallations require the original software and accompanying licence/serial to be provided by the client.

Call out time for repairs will be maximum next business day, however completion of the repair will depend on the specific nature of the problem.
